Description
This Garnier micelllar cleansing water removes dirt, excess oil and impurities and can also be used to remove waterproof or longwear face, lip and eye makeup.
A no-rinse waterproof makeup remover and facial cleanser that refreshes, soothes and effectively cleanses skin without harsh rubbing.
Garnier micelle cleansing molecules lift dirt and impurities like a magnet, without irritation and this face cleanser can be used for all skin types, even sensitive skin.
Directions: Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water.
To Remove eye makeup: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing.
To clean skin and remove face makeup: Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is completely clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.
Ingredients: Aqua, Cyclopentasiloxane, Isohexadecane, Decyl Glucoside, Dipotassium Phosphate, Disodium Edta, Hexylene Glycol, Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, Potassium Phosphate, Sodium Chloride

Horrible.
You know when you have to use a micellar water to remove another one because it's so oily it's unbearable? Bad job on this one Garnier. And on top of that, you realise what a bad job it did with all the residue you find *after using this product. Hugh...

Dried my eyelids out
I would not recommend this if you have sensitive skin, even though it says it's for that. It dried my eyelids out so bad they look disgusting. It didnt bother the rest of my face thankfully.

White sludge
I bought the product and it was great for the first couple of weeks. Then it turned a cloudy milky color. And has white sludge floating on the top of the liquid. I’m afraid to use it, it may have gone bad. Very disappointed. It’s been six weeks so I can’t return it to the store and can’t get through to customer service. Won’t buy again

Works wonderfully
I bought a big bottle of the water to try (it was on sale) about 6 weeks ago and I love it. Takes of makeup easily & skin feels great afterwards. This is now my go to remover for hard to remove lip stains & waterproof make up.

This does not work
I have used the old “Garner- Fresh Eye Makeup Remover” and it was awesome! Unfortunately, for whatever reason, Garner no longer makes this product. So unfortunate..... I have tried this Micellar product and not going to purchase it again, as it doesn’t work! Will not be purchasing the Garner product again.... moving on to a new brand.

Seriously Defective
I had been using the product for about 2 weeks and then suddenly it seemed to separate - like adding oil to water. I didn't really notice until after I had applied it and it was like I had covered my face with baby oil. When I tried to wash it off the water actually beaded on my skin. Definitely a flaw in the formula - will not be using again.

Very impressed
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was very impressed with how easily even mascara was wiped clean. I could be gentle on my skin and eyes while rubbing and still get a complete clean. My skin felt and looked very clean and ready to apply my serums and moisturizer. Great for my oily forehead and for my dry cheeks.

Fast working!
Been using this for two days and my skin is already healing 10x nicer. it’s perfect for getting off all of the dirt and makeup on my face without drying me out, only product I’ve ever instantly loved. Really nice on dry skin, especially in the winter.
