love these bars!
Although I am not Keto, I do love these bars for the ingredients and benefits!! Inulin is a great weight loss aide that is found naturally in a bunch of fruit and vegetables and Erythritol is a carbohydrate called a sugar alcohol that is a great sugar substitute that is SAFE for diabetic people as it does not effect your glucose or insulin levels and again is found naturally in lots of fruits. These help my cravings! It's kind of like eating cake but definitely not as sweet or a super soft chewy cookie!!
