Features
The Mizudashi is a simple method for making cold-brewed coffee. Add ground coffee to the fine mesh basket, add water and leave in the refrigerator to brew. The removable filter makes cleaning easy. Grind coffee coarse for a lighter more delicate coffee, or finer for a cold brew with more body and strength.
How to Use: Add some tasty, medium-ground coffee to the mesh filter, fill with cold water, and leave it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. The result? Smooth, syrupy sweet light coffee for you to pour, and run out the door.

Well worth the money if you brew ice coffee!
Money well spent. Manufacturer is Japanese. The manual does not have English instructions. I can do my research and do the "math" for coffee and water amount recipe.
