Cute hat terrible packing
I got this hat for my son, it was really cute but whoever packed it put it in a box where the hat couldn’t sit flat and the hat showed up wrecked from being stuffed in a small box. I contacted well and they were good about it, they refunded my money but it was an Easter gift so it was too late to re order it. So whoever packs stuff needs to use their brain. So the product was good but the actual packing of the product was terrible resulting in a wrecked hat so I wouldn’t order it again due to getting someone again that just throws it in a tiny box not caring about how it is going to arrive.

Really cute
This hat is super cute, but it is made of straw so its breakable. It arrived broken as the side of the hat was bended so the straw was cracked and poking out. I contacted Well and they immediately sent me a new one, which thankfully arrived in perfect condition! Thank you well for fixing this issue for me
