Too Gritty
This cream was extremely gritty! When I tried to rub the grit away between my fingers, the grit just broke and remained rough like tiny toast crumbs! I thought maybe I had a bad or expired batch. I called the company to inquire. The company representative said that the product is grainy in texture. She said i could just squeeze the tube to make the grit go away. But rubbing some between my warm fingers doesn't even do that... And some grits bits were still there an hour after putting the cream on my baby's bum. I politely asked how I could get a refund... She hung upon me. This has made me not trust any other 'hello bello' products.

The best!!!
It makes me so happy that you guys will be carrying this now!!! It’s the only bum cream I use on my son and it’s absolutely the best!!! I stock up every time I go down to the states or have people bring it back for me so this is going to be great!

Tried-and-true
my go to brand for healthy sensitive skin-care. Keeps rashes at bay. Cleaner and simpler to use seeing it comes in a tube instead of a tin like some brands.
Had to take one star off because it has a bit of grit in it though it doesn’t cause any irritation.

My favorite diaper cream
This is the best diaper cream I have used. It’s great for everyday. When they have a rash it clears it up quickly. I highly recommend.
