Hold upside down, squish, shake very well
Yes, it is a weird consistency. I noticed as soon as I got it that it separated and the liquid was at the bottom. Disappointing, but I was determined to make it work. i held it upside down and squished the bottle (starting at the bottom part) to break it up and introduce the liquid part with the solids, then shook vigorously for a good minute or two. It's quite watery and there is still some chunks in it, but I do like it! I use it on myself because of my sensitive scalp and it doesnt irritate or dry it out one bit. My hair is also suuuuper soft. Don't know if I'll purchase it again though.

Rock solid
Purchased this product and when used for first time noticed the water component had completely separated from the white solid. Shaking did not fix this and I even opened to try and mix with a stir stick and it was still very solid. Unfortunately will have to toss this as it won’t even squeeze from the bottle.

Awful conditioner
This is an awful conditioner. It separates and is chunky. Shaking it doesn’t work. It goes on hair fine but does not provide a good condition and leaves hair feeling knotty and like it hasn’t been washed.

Reached out to Hello Bello
As other reviewers have mentioned, this separates and gets chunky. I reached out to Hello Bello and they said it just needs to be shaken, but they’d send me another since no amount of shaking fixed it for me. The new one had they exact same problem. It even leaves little remnants of conditioner in the hair after rinsing. I’m shocked Hello Bello still sells it.

Arrived Separated and Solid
Much like some of the other reviews here, the contents of the bottle were separated and nearly rock solid. Vigorous shaking made it barely squeezable, and the chunky dollop I was able to force out didn't quite fully condition our child's hair. It does have a lovely subtle coconut tropical scent, not overwhelming or synthetic. Overall disappointed.

As with previous posters, I also enjoyed the smell of this product but could barely squeeze it out of the bottle and also experienced the conditioner separating. It wasn’t worth it to keep using so I just had to throw it out.

Similar experience to previous reviewer. The product separated and shaking the bottle did not help. This makes it difficult to use; but I did get some product out and it is a good conditioner and smells nice.

Smells decent, works well but the bottle sucks.
The smell is decent and seems to do the trick. I do however dislike the bottle. I find it so hard to get it to come out and when you have a little one squirming away it makes it more frustrating.
