Conditioner with an up-lifting experience!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I so love herbal essences birch bark extract conditioner. I liked the fact that it has a lot of natural ingredients and great for colour-treated hair since I recently had a high-light. So far my colour hasn't dulled and this is the only conditioner I have been using for well over two weeks. My hair has been soft with no frizzing. I didn't notice any extra hair volume. The scent, like the shampoo, is a bit unique. I loved the floral, fresh smell. My hair has styled nicely and stays in place. This shampoo would be great for anyone who desires natural products and those with colour-treated hair.

Great Natural Shampoo
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I enjoyed using this product. I have normal to dry hair. It tends to get oily pretty fast. This worked well for my hair, it was able to make my hair clean after one time of shampooing. It smells great, I love that it is sulphate free- more on the natural side which I love. My main goal with shampoos is that it makes my hair look fresher - less oily longer, though it did not do that. It was still very effective in keeping my hair looking nice and fresh. After the wash my hair looked and felt amazing. It was very soft, it smelled great, I got so many compliments. I enjoyed using this product.

Great Conditioner Odd Scent
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have tried the Herbal Essences Birch Bark Extract Conditioner and am happy with the results of using it for a couple of days. I even like how the conditioner feels going on my hair and knowing that it is a more natural product makes a difference for me. My hair feels lighter - with out the residue left behind by some other products that weigh your hair down and it looks healthier in my opinion. My only complaint in regards to this product is that I do not like the scent. I find it too strong and lasting, and it doesn't smell like anything recognizable. Other than that great product

My new favourite
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I used this product as a follow up to the shampoo. The Herbal Essences Birch Bark Extract Sulfate Free Conditioner has a unique smell which i find really appealing. The scent lingers too but subtle. I also like its light creamy consistency. I would say the consistency makes it convenient to apply to my hair. I tend to wash my hair weekly and this product seems to last many washes. I have 4C kinky natural hair type and was skeptical at first but it sure did suprise me by leaving my hair moisturized and shiny. I only experienced usual shedding of dead hair but nothing extra and that is very appealing to me.

Good product.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After using the product for a couple weeks I can say that I am decently impressed. Overall the packaging itself is relatively nice. I did find that it would have been easier to tell the difference between this and the shampoo if the lids maybe were a shade different in color. The texture of the conditioner is good and isn't too thick. I did require a lot in my hair becasue my hair is thick. I was not a fan of the scent as I found that it was too masculine of a scent for myself. My hair did seem to be more manageable after use, while brushing it. Overall a decent conditioner.

My hair loved this stuff
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This review is for Herbal Essences New Birch Bark Extract Sulfate Free Collection gentle moisture conditioner. I was definitely impressed with this conditioner, the moisture it adds is amazing, and the smell is great.
My hair felt soft and looked bouncy after application, not brittle or stripped like I've experienced with other store bought brands.
It really was gentle on my hair and scalp while being very effective. I am extremely happy with the results after use.
This product can definitely be used by anyone who prefers hair that's NOT dull and lifeless after washing.

Lightweight conditioner that works
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The first thing I always do when I receive/purchase any shampoo or conditioner is the "sniff" test. In this case, and in my honest opinion, the product failed this test for me. It doesn't seem to be an authentic scent, but more of a chemical scent. It was more of a turn off for me.
The packaging itself, is very attractive design and does draw attention and attract the eye.
As for performance, it did a pretty good job conditioning my hair. It was gentle, but not heavy on my hair which is important to me.
I recommend the brand itself, but for me the scent has turned me away from buying it, just my opinion!

Moisturizing
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like the herbal Essences bio renew sulfate free Birch Bark Extract conditioner. Its thick, creamy and medium heavy. Its 90% natural and 0% sulfates which makes is amazing moisturizing conditioner if u have dry hair. It's a little bit overpowering smell on my side, but fades into nice smell. It's not enough moisturizing for my hair as I use a very thick heavy deep conditioners. I have a very dry brittle colored hair, and I tend to do more deep conditioners than conditioners, but i like this conditioner, its moisturizing, my hair was soft, smooth easy to manage and shiny.
