Feels like I used dish soap with the “new packaging” (different ingredients and formula) If I could upload a picture of the clumps of hair that came out after using the new formula, I would!

I'm very disappointed by that new product!
I use Hello Hydration shampoo and conditioner for 5 or more years. My hair always looks healthy and shiny. I had no problem to comb my hair.
Unfortunately with new bottle, even it has the same name and colour, I got completely different, poor quality product! Shampoo is so-so, but conditioner! My hair is tangled and awful. It is very hard to comb the hair. After using the old product hair was silky and shiny and now it's just awful, unpleasant to touch. I had to wash hair again! Please put back old ingredients! That new product doesn't meet my expectation at all.

My hair feels gross!
I feel like I washed my hair with skin lotion. It leaves my hair oily and is so tangled it's falling out it clumps! If I continue to use this shampoo until the bottle is finished I'm afraid I'll be completely bald.

I've been using this product (and shampoo) for years now. Absolutely works with my hair type! Great for frizzies and dry hair. Smells amazing. My bf loves it too ;)
