Most of the studies that test green coffee extract's effect on weight loss are in dosages twice as much (or more) than what this product suggests, so it's hard to expect the same results.
I still like these for a number of reasons: 1. the taste is strange but I love it (though I'm not sure why they made them caramel flavoured when they are also fruit flavoured because of the base ingredients), 2. I've been feeling less bloated than usual (perhaps the fiber content helps with that), and 3. it controls my appetite for sweets better than expected, especially since I usually reach for gummy candies to fill that desire (taking one or two with a glass of water effectively ends my sweet cravings).
Not a magic supplement, but I'm definitely finding it useful for weight management.

After finishing one bottle Im not convinced they made much of a difference. Im not sure who chose the "caramel" flavor but its strange because it has a berry flavor as well and when mixed together it wasnt appealing to me. I wont be repurchasing unfortunately. I love the Herbaland brand but these were a miss for me.

Haven’t taken them long enough to know if they work but they sure taste weird. Definitely not caramel. Not the worst vitamins I’ve tasted but they’re pretty gross.
