Made small
Not in your wildest dreams could this hat fit a 12 month old. Really cute but made small- the sizing is strange to me, very wide but doesn’t come down far enough to cover the ears.. short and wide. My baby’s head is average. Really cute otherwise- wish it had worked but the sizing was too weird.
