Do Not Waste Your Money
The quality of these backpacks have gone significantly downhill. I have the XL and L bags for my 2 kids. My JK daughter had hers for 3 months and there are little holes around the corner edges of the front pouch. Herschel did not cover under warranty stating it’s normal wear and tear. Funny, because the same thing has happened to my 1 year old daughter’s backpack that is barely ever used. Horrible quality and terrible customer service.
