The Cap is too tight and so hard to close
I was so excited for this to come because I've had a few hydroflasks from Canadian Tire. I gifted this to my mom but she said it leaked because she thought she had closed it properly but the cap is weird and it's so tight whenever you try to close the lid. Normal hydroflask closes just fine even without looking but this one, an adult has to force energy for the lid to be straight and close the bottle. It does close when you do that but you shouldn't even have to use any force in the first place. My dad joked we should spray WD-40 to loosen it. I'm so sad my mom is disappointed. Waste of money. :(

Loved it
Keeps my water cold for 24 hours, and the color is so cute. I got the blue one. Only thing is you gotta be careful with these water bottles because I dropped it and now there’s a huge dent at the bottom

Recurring rust on the rim
No matter how many times i clean this water bottle, the rust comes back on the lip portion of the water bottle. I emailed well.ca asking for a refund/warranty claim and never heard back

It keeps the hot water hot and I wasn't sure about the rain color online but I love it in person, I am looking to buy another color.
