Holds the heat but the lid is a nightmare to put back together...
Wish I hadn’t paid so much for this as yes it’s a convenient size and does hold the heat- bought it because I can’t drink my coffee on public transit anymore and wanted to keep the container in my bag on the way to work without it leaking... it does handle that... but honestly taking apart the lid and putting it back together everyday to wash it properly is a very frustrating experience... I have read the instructions over and over and have tried so many times but it honestly takes a minimum of 5-10minutes to get the lid screwed back together... I would never buy this type of lid again...
