The chocolate flavor is among the best tasting and I use it with the shaker bottle. It's easier on the stomach than many protein shakes. The mixture is not too thick, as I drink it with milk. The only improvement I can think of is for it to include BCAA.

Taste great no weird aftertaste like most protein powders leave! I love that it has all those vitamins in it so I don't need to take a bunch in the morning! I would love for it to come in a larger tub but that is my only complaint!
