A Mess!
I was very disappointed with the quality. Jellycat has been a trusted brand for me and I’m questioning if this is authentic?? The fur is all matted, especially the beard, and one eye is much lower than the other and so deep set as to be invisible. In the shape it’s in, I can’t give this as a Christmas gift to my granddaughter. It looks used. This is my first time ordering from Well. I won’t order again.
