Ingredients
John Frieda Frizz Ease Extra Strength 6 Effects Serum is expertly formulated with a unique blend of silicones. This serum protects each dehydrated strand against the onset of frizz and boosts shine. With silk proteins and algae extract, this frizzy hair serum smoothes for more manageable and lustrous results, and provides heat protection. Expertly formulated for medium-thick and wavy-curly hair types, but suitable for all levels of frizz and is safe for color-treated hair. It also comes with a thermal protectant.
Directions: Apply to SOAKING WET HAIR. Use sparingly, dispensing a dime-size amount of serum into palm. Rub hands together and distribute evenly throughout hair. AVOID applying directly to ROOTS. Use more or less depending on hair length and thickness. DO NOT RINSE OUT. Style as desired, using any product from the FRIZZ EASE styling line.

Very easy to use. Does what it claims !
I have been using this product for a few months I am so pleased with it for it is very basic & easy to use. To my delight this product actually does what it claims, eases frizz. . Not only does it 'relax my hair', it truly relaxes me for I am more confident that my hair will behave during my day. Frizz Ease has been the solution for me. Thank you soooooo much !

Can't live without it!
This product has made me love my curly hair for the first time in my life! I can't believe the difference it makes calming my very dry, frizzy curly hair. I am so happy I found this product and recommend it to every single person who asks what I use in my hair to make my curls so shiny. You don't need much and I highly recommend giving it a try : ))

I love it
My hair is very unruly. I am French/Italian and my hair is always frizzy. The extra strength Hair Serum is the only product that I've found that is not only reasonably priced but it does what it says it will. It controls the frizz and creates beautiful curls that look totally natural and super soft. I love it, love it, love it. Thank you!!

Best serum EVER!
I have wavy to curly hair that is becoming dryer and frizzier as I colour and highlight regularly to cover the grey. I have tried many different serums, some very expensive, but none work as well as this one. It can be used on wet or dry hair and doesn't build up like some. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Works good but too pricy
I have thin curly hair and i used this product.
When my hair was drying and it was still a little damp my hair was frizzy but once dried it wasn't. My hair was soft and curly and my roots had some volume. I just think the product is to pricy to use long term since the other prducts i use to the trick too.

Best hair serum EVER!!
I have curly beach wavy hair & live in an area which has extremely cold & dry winters, whiles the summers are hot & humid. After a week of using this serum on my hair I noticed a huge difference my curls weren't as dry and held there shape so much better. One of the best hair products I have ever found.

I would highly recommend this product for thick and curly hair!
I tried this selection of products from John Frieda for Frizz Ease. The serum was the BEST ever for my long and thick and curly hair! I could actually finger comb through my hair for the first time in many years! I would recommend this line of products to all people who have thick, curly and long hair!

Great product
I love this stuff. I started going grey early so I have been coloring my hair for a long time. This leaves it very dry at times. This product makes a huge difference! My hair is soft and full of shine without going all greasy. A little goes a long way too so its worth the price.

I liked this product as it really tamed my hair. My hair was soft the first time I used it. I have very fine hair so by day 2 I had to wash my hair again as it looked oily, which it wasn't, just looked that way. I would purchase this product it in a different serum.

It does what it says...controls frizz even in humidity...It's the best product I've ever used ..my only issue would be often I wind up with all kinds of static. Remember a pea-sized amount is more than enough even on my mid back length , very thick hair.

My hair isn't that frizzy on a regular day but when it gets humid, I love to use this product. It keeps my hair under control and keeps me worry free. My sister has curly hair and she loves this product too... she's the one who recommended it to me!

farewell flyaways
Finally, something that says farewell to my flyaways! Sadly slickign my hair back and tieing it in a hair clip was the only solution to make it look straight and smooth. Now I can wear my hair down without worrying about lookign like an amazon.

Good at controlling frizz
I've used this product for a few years now. I can notice a difference when I use it and when I do not. However, sometimes it doesn't work great in high humidity areas. But other than that I generally have shiny, frizz-free curls!

I can't leave the house without using this first
This hair serum is the only thing that controls frizz on my hair. I have fine, but course hair that is starting to go grey and is becoming unmanageable. This is the only product that makes it smooth, shiny and healthy looking.

Excellent to ease your frizz
I loved this extra strength product. It actually controlled my extra frizzy hair. It was great during the winter especially and I will definitely use it this summer when the humidity will make my hair even harder to manage.

Really did the job
I had not used products in my hair for a long while and it had gotten frizzy and unruly. I used this serum one time and it changed it completely. It was much less frizzy and so soft.

Smooth hair....no complaints
I used this extra strength serum on wet hair and let it dry naturally. The next day I did not have any frizz or static in my hair. Will have to see if it works in the winter months.

SO LONG FURRY HAIR!
At age 60, and after so many years with curly and yet fuzzy hair......my curls are now fabulous, even in the most humid of days the curls stay smooth!

you must try this serum
I use this serum every night after I wash my hair just like I use moisturizer on my face. Using Anti-frizz serum is that important.
I have pretty damaged hair. I colour and perm/straighten my hair regularly which really kills my hair. I've been using this serum for years now and it doesn't undo the damage (nothing can do that actually) but it stops any further damage.
It might feel a bit too thick and greasy when you try it for the first time but a little goes a long way. I have very thick and dry hair so I use about a dime size amount while my hair is wet. I mainly concentrate on using it on the ends of my hair rather than near the roots. After I apply it to the ends, I use whatever is remaining on my palms to calm any new hair that's growing on the top of my head. Then I lightly brush using wooden brush.
This serum makes my hair shiny and calms all the frizz and makes it so soft. I can tell when I don't use this serum because I can't brush my hair without it! I love how smooth and silky my hair feels.
50mL may sound very little but like i said, little goes a long way. And another important thing is, this smells amazing!

I used the serum after washing hair with Frizz Ease Dream Curls shampoo and conditioner. When my hair dried it was very smooth, yet, my curls were in tack.

I'd call it a life-changer
I got a sample of this product in a Glossy Box monthly sampler. I'm absolutely impressed - this is the first time a sample product has a) made me seek out the brand website to let them know how much I loved it and b) buy a full-size of the product before my sample was finished.
1. It works. With regular conditioner, after my hair is dry I have to use a leave-in conditioner or cream before I can brush it. With the serum, it's sleek and brushable for days.
2. It has simplified hair washing SO MUCH! I have a LOT of hair - thick, waist-length and home colored so quite dry. Usually I spend about ten minutes shampooing and rinsing, then another five-ten minutes on conditioner, tie it all up while I finish washing, then another five-ten minutes rinsing. With the serum, I spend the same amount of time on conditioning but then I'm DONE! No long rinsing, no need for an second humungous towel just for my hair... it's fabulous.
3. It goes a long way. I use a lot of product when washing and conditioning my lots and lots of dry hair; after three washing + serum applications, my sample size bottle is still 1/3 full. VERY impressive!
4. Easy to adjust. The first time I tried it, I had too much near the scalp and not enough at the ends, so it was a bit oily/greasy at the top and dry at the bottom. But it was simple enough to brush the excess from the top into the ends of my hair, evening everything out.
This is going to replace all my bottles and bottles of conditioner. Absolutely love it.
