Rated 4 out of 5 by Katie from Did what I needed it to do! I had too many lowlights put in my hair. Being always a blonde highlight girl, I needed my colour back. I didnt want to get my highlights redone, that would be far too damaging on my long hair. So I turned to Go Blonder shampoo. People cannot believe the difference it has made. I knew my lovely blonde was under that dye, and this is totally bringing that lovely blonde back out! Between this and the summer sun, my hairdresser couldnt believe how much of the dye it pulled out and my hair has never grown so long! It didnt damage it whatsoever! I'll be buying my second bottle soon, and won't stop. Blonde is addicting!

I didn't let any of my family know that I was testing this shampoo and after using it for about 3 days I went to my parents house. Both of my parents asked me right away if I had my hair done as it looked lighter and healthier. By both of them commenting on my hair (which they never do) it confirmed what I already knew - the shampoo and conditioner were working! My hair feels so fresh and healthy and I love the increased blonde. I definitely recommend this product and will be purchasing going forward. #freeproduct

I used it consecutively for 3 weeks and documented the process with photos. I took the photos in the same room and in the same light. As seen, it did work. However, one thing I did not like about the shampoo was the bottle. I had to squeeze the bottom really hard for 10 seconds to get an good amount of shampoo out. Also, I did not like that the shampoo made my hair super knotty after applying. If I did not have the conditioner, my hair would be a nightmare afterwards. Overall, the quality of the product is good as it did lighten my hair one shade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mar3n from Works well to enhance blonde My natural hair color is right where it could be considered darkest blonde or lightest brunette, it also leans toward the ashy side. Using this really helped to bring some dimension to the flat color of my hair without the damage of dying it. It really does look like naturally sun lightened hair. I was surprised that I was actually getting complements on my hair color after using this for a while. I love the smell and it lathers and cleans well. The only problem I had was that the hole in the lid of my bottle was VERY tiny and I have to squeeze very hard to get the product out, this may have just been a defect in the lid of my particular bottle though.

As a natural blonde, I've been highlighting my hair for awhile to battle the dull and brassy tones. I found using these products worked well to help make my hair and roots look lighter and softer which helped stretch out the time between salon visits. The shampoo smells good and lathers up nicely and rinses out easily. I am happy with the results. I also used Go Blonder Lightening conditioner as well. Rated 4 out of 5 by Glogirl from Good product but... Overall this is a very good product. The shampoo lathers up nicely and rinses out easily. It has a pleasant smell. As for the ability to lighten blonde hair I did not find a significant difference in my hair prior to using this product and after about 2 months of use. I have naturally dark blonde hair and used this product over the winter months. I was expecting it to lighten my hair somewhat or at least brighten my hair. I didn't find that it did either. In summary I would recommend this product for a great everyday shampoo but not for lightening my blonde hair. Perhaps others with lighter blonde hair or color treated hair have had better success than I have.
