Dangerous
This is a serious suffocation risk. If a baby is able to roll independently, it is safe to let them do so. It is much more dangerous to use products like this. The “as recommended by paediatricians” line is misleading; doctors recommend placing infants on their backs to sleep BUT if they roll
on their own, it is fine to leave them.
