Had for just two months and it's already not working properly - the lid won't pop closed and just sticks up, making it hard to press and clearly looks broken. Super disappointing - I bought this with the hope that yet another cheap plastic soap pump wouldn't end up in a landfill, and it's going to be just that despite it being so expensive.

I purchased this item to have a more stable base for liquid soap. The retail pump versions tend to tip once the soap level is less than half-full. Worth the price to have your choice of liquid soap in the main or guest bathrooms. Might consider a second pump soon for kitchen sink use.
