They burst after a few uses
I was so excited to find a hot/cold pack for my picky eaters lunches. After about 1 week of use as a hot pack, this burst inside his lunch box. These are also so thin, they don't stay hot/cold very long. The only plus side is that they're cute...

Crack when frozen
Unfortunately the plastic is so cheap that once it's frozen, if you try and move it, the plastic cracks. The inside gel then gets out and it's useless. These were a cute idea and good for lunch boxes/little ones injuries... but the company needs better quality plastic. Do not recommend.
