Works well
I like to keep mine in the fridge, it works well for it’s intended use the only downside is that the strap is a little small for my hubby to use but fits myself perfectly!

It is an ok product
Put it in the fridge over night and then use it the next day. The cool temperatures only stay on for about 10mins.
