i've used these a few times now. I wear them for 3-4 hours as the instructions say on the box but when I take them off, my feet are majorly indented and they are a bit hard to put on. I wish they had different sizes. I'm only a size 8 so nothing outrageous. I notice a bit of hydration but it's nothing outstanding - can get the same result with just using foot cream
