It works great but IMPOSSIBLE to change filter…
I noticed the difference immediately, I moved to this product because it’s Canadian, my other filter was also amazing but duties were crazy, but it lasted me six months. Anyway, it’s nearly impossible for me to open up the filter to replace the cartridge! I’ve tried tools and nearly hurt my fricking shoulder, trying to open it. Hoping that my superintendent can help me… this is terrible!! but it absolutely does work. I do NOT get itchy skin with Toronto’s hard water…
