Great Cap
There are things I love about this cap and things I wish were different.
I love the silver handle for carrying it around - nice design, sturdy.
I love the spout for dinking out of, it's soft, and the water comes out really well.
My only issue is that it can be a bit difficult to get the cap, not the entire lid, just the cap on and off. There is this extra part in the inside that has to line up with each other and sometimes it's hard to get that to happen, and then when taking it off you have to really pull on it. Once I pulled the inside part right out. Easy to put back together, but it's a bit annoying. Even knowing this I'd buy it again.

Such a great lid
Convenient, doesn’t leak, cleans well. No aftertaste after longtime use. The only problem is that the ring came off (after 7months daily use) and I can’t put it back on again- I am buying a new one.

Save yourself the frustration
These lids are frustrating to get on just right. They’re especially terrible for kids. While they are technically leakproof, they often leak due to the difficulty securing the lid just right. The mouthpiece is often pulled out when you try to unscrew the
cover. The bottle itself is great but the lids are awful. I’d recommend the Yeti tumbler over these. A bit more expensive but way easier to use

Hard to open
Disappointing design as the cap that covers the mouth piece is extremely hard to get off. You really have to yank it to get it off (it sometimes takes the mouth piece off too since they stick together). Then to return the cap, it takes so many twists for it to be secure. I normally like Klean Kanteens but this cap is just too frustrating.
