issue with well.ca
Well.ca did not send the parcel to me and refuse to refund me or send me a replacement to the correct address. I will happily buy a Klean Kanteen from another authorised Canadian seller, and I will no longer be ordering ANYTHING from Well.ca. It's very unfortunate because I've been a loyal customer for several years.

Best water bottle I’ve ever owned
Obsessed with this water bottle. It’s become my best friend. I’m drinking 4L of water a day because of the straw, vs 1L before. Keeps water cold and it’s perfect when you leave it in a hot car bc it will stay cold.

False advertising - NOT leak-proof & very poorly insulated
Product quality is abysmal compared to the product description and the high price. I bought this to replace a very cheap water bottle from Amazon, and I cannot believe this is worse than that.
There are two main issues where the items is not living up to the quality as advertised:
1. Most concerningly, it is not at all leak proof. It is clearly advertised as having a "leak proof Twist Cap" but this cap constantly leaks. This is extremely concerning false advertising. It's leaked several times, whether it's slightly tilted, on its side, or upside down. It leaks far more than the cheap Amazon bottle I have.
2. It is not insulated. Ice melts rapidly and water is not kept cool. Again, my cheap Amazon water bottle keeps my water FAR colder and ice does not melt nearly as rapidly.
Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of this bottle and it's extremely concerning that it has false advertising.

Just look at the colour combo!
My favourite part is it has a built-in collapsible straw. The colour combo is great and it has lasted some slight damage. I would have to say the only fault is because it is a straw lid it loses some of the "heat/cool" containment, so don't expect the temperature will last as long as you want. I got it with this in mind and it works perfect for me.
