Turns on and off on its own
Curling iron is great, it's very smooth, easy to handle and sleek, I think I really got sucked into the look of it and because I was looking for an iron with that barrel/clamp shape... Then I realize it constantly turns off on its own every few minutes during the first use.
I should have listened to the reviewers when they said there was an issue with the flat iron turning off on its own (both ceramic and titanium versions..I have the ceramic one).
Also super disappointed because this not only arrived much later than the expected delivery but well.ca will not do anything about it. The manufacturer (Kristen Ess) will only exchange for a new flat iron because of their warranty, but I need to pay out of pocket to ship it back and pay them to ship a new one to me from the US. So essentially I'm stuck with a faulty product and need to keep paying attention to it turning off so I can turn it back on.

So happy I decided to purchase the Kristin Ess
Love it! Used my daughter in laws and had to have one of my own. Heats up quickly and works great to straighten snd love the ease of adding curls to my hair with this iron!

Beautiful and Works Very Well
Works very well with my wavy hair! After straightening it it gives it a shine and doesn't frizz my hair at all! Had it for almost a month or so and tried it 3 to 4 times and it works amazing! Also the heat resistant cap that it comes with is so handy!
