Works really well!
I bought the normal size french pin last year and love them so I was overjoyed when I learned these were coming out! At first I expected this to only work for half ups as I have thick hair that goes to my waist, but I am still able to do the bun I did with the regular size one. For anyone who was wondering, the regular french pins are about 13 cm long and these short ones are around 10 cm long.
