The hair dryer was great until after 2 months of normal use the outer white coating is flaking off at the handle causing white flakes to get E V E R Y W H E R E ! Their solution was to send the hair dryer back so they could 'investigate' but I live in Banff, Alberta and it's consistently -10 to -30 degrees Celsius on a daily basis. Going without a hair dryer/leaving the house with wet hair is NOT AN OPTION. Would not recommend. Thanks, but no thanks, Kristin Ess.

Does the job but it does get hot
I've had this dryer for almost a year I want to say. The high and low settings work well and it does get the job done. Cool shot button is nice although I wish I didn't have to press and hold down on the button when I wanted to use it longer than just a few seconds. It seemed like weird ergonomics just because I'm not sure if it would work well for people with less than average dexterity. If they did it to cut down on costs then I can see why it's like that. As I mentioned in the title, the attachment gets hot after even 5 minutes of use. I wish there was a diffuser attachment we could buy separately. However I can see that if that was done then less people would buy the full size dryer. I just like to have less tools in my life so it's not that big of a deal. If and when I no longer find this dryer useful, I'll be sure to get dryer next time that has both attachments and a cool shot button that stays down. Other than that it's a great travel dryer that came with it's own travel bag which was a nice added touch. Also the choice of white is very clean and was drew me to the dryer in the first place. I'd recommend, but wouldn't repurchase.

There are high and low settings on this hairdryer, despite what the other reviewer mentioned. There is also a cool shot button. This hair dryer has all the basics and perfect for at-home use and travel. I love it!

Excellent product. My second Compact Pro and I will buy another when I need it. It is easy to manage when drying my hair and easy to store and easy for travel.

So disappointment! It stopped working after about 20 uses. That never happened to me with older hair dryers. Do not buy, it is garbage!

Great product for travel. Only downside is there is no high/ low wind speed which I do believe is typical for small hair dryers.
