CONTAINS PVC
I purchased this item because the fabric is listed as 100% cotton on this website. Once received, I now see that the waterproof layer is PVC. PVC is a known carcinogen and endocrine disruptor. I would never have purchased this for my child, had I known that it contains PVC. I’m very disappointed that this wasn’t made clear on well.ca.
