Features
This olive oil is from a variety of green olives called Koroneiki. At the end of November, as soon as they ripen, the olives are harvested and pressed the same day. These exceptional olives grown in beautiful Trifilia, an area blessed by its climate and the richness of its soil, have a very distinctive flavour and an acidity level inferior to 0.3%. For 2 months, this unfiltered olive oil is left to decant naturally resulting in oil with no residues rendering it perfect for cooking.

We received this olive oil as a gift initially and we are hooked to it. The taste is wonderful and light. Very fresh especially when we eat it raw in salad dressings. Everyone we serve it to seem to notice to great taste. The cost is worth it, its nothing like what you buy in a grocery chain store. This is boutique worthy!
