Size recommendation by weeks after birth: In the first weeks after birth, you'll experience bleeding (aka lochia) - yes, even if you have a cesarean birth. This kit includes large pads for heavier bleeding in the first 2 weeks and medium pads for lighter bleeding after 2+ weeks. 

Instructions: Open wrapper. Remove the backing tape. Place the pad inside your underwear with the wider end positioned towards the back. Remove the release paper from the wings. Fold the wings around your underwear to secure them. Change postpartum pad every 4 to 6 hours, or more frequently as needed.
