Disappointing - Identical Mini Figure Assortments
I recently purchased two boxes of what I believed would be randomized mini figures, but unfortunately, both boxes contained the exact same assortment. To add to my frustration, when I spoke with a friend who will be involved in our campaign, they received the exact same figures as well. This defeats the purpose of buying randomized figures and takes away from the excitement of collecting.
It's incredibly disappointing, as I was hoping for more variety to enhance our campaign. I expected better from this product, especially considering the price point. I hope the company addresses this issue moving forward, as it seriously diminishes the value and fun of these figures.

Duplicates upon Duplicates
I got 4 of these, 2 in one order, then an impulse purchase of another two after opening the first two in hopes of completing the set. Out of the 24 supposedly random figures, I got: 5 szass tam, 4 bards, 3 aaracokra rangers, 4 barbarians, 4 strahd, 4 mind flayers. To say I was frustrated and disappointed is a pretty massive understatement. I'm sure it's just a byproduct of their manufacturing and packaging process, but don't buy these sets, they're not randomized in the slightest.

This is gambling for kids, or at the very least an introduction.
My grandson just wanted the mind flayer. He kept spending his money on pack after pack just to get the "payoff"
If this reminds of a slot machine , it's because it is, AND SHOUND NEVER BE TARGETED AT KIDS.
How can Lego justify this? Its been banned in video games where its called "loot box" mechanics and its so bad its illegal in Belgium.
Lego, just offer a product for sale, parents will buy it but keep this up and you will loose generational customers permanently.
I don't want my grandson introduced to gambling at 11.

I bought two boxes, and like the other reviews, got the same 6 figures in each box. I was expecting the entire set mainly because i bought two boxes each for 3 other series on the website and got the entire set. I don't if these were accidents or they no longer care

Not happy
Same as the other reviews, I ordered 2 boxes onlines and got the same characters in both...but what is making more angry was the fact that I bought a box at a local store and ALSO got the same characters, now I have 3 times the same 6 characters... This is not really random...

After reading the reviews regarding the purchase of this set, I dialled back the number of cases I chose to purchase. I’m not sure how the warehousing of these items is organized, but it appears that they may have been stocked by lot. I can only imagine that placing subsequent orders might mitigate the duplication of figures, instead of making multiple purchases at once. Having said as much, this has been purchased for gift to be opened later, so we can only assume a nice distribution of unique figures!

Fantastic selection
We ordered these for goodie bags for a kid's birthday party. Ordered two boxes and received all twelve characters. So hard to choose which ones we might keep!
Excellent value for money and a great treat for the kids.

Don’t buy more than 1!!!
I read the previous reviews warning not to buy more than one. However based on date I hoped Lego had corrected the issue by my purchase date. No such luck. Ordered my son 2 boxes and both boxes were identical.
