Tired of Blind Buying
A lot of the figures are really great, but I stopped buying more than 1x of any given CMF series because I have no use for duplicates. None of my local friends are LEGO fans, sadly.
I really wish you'd let those of us who want a full set to buy a box with exactly one of each. This blind-stuff was never fun for me in-store, and it's impossible to "feel" things online anyway, so the switch to cardboard didn't really bother me.
Please offer us a box we can buy here on your site containing the entire series for future Collectable Minifigure Series! There are people who want to give you our money, but don't want to play games.

'Collectible minifigures' you can't collect...
Every year I look forward to the next line of collectible minifigures. Upon finding out we would be getting another Marvel series I was thrilled! Seeing the selection of characters and most importantly, the packaging, I can't say I was all that thrilled anymore. While the quality of the characters and the detail and care put into them is as usual, excellent, the packaging makes this too much of a roll of the dice to bother with. There's a huge difference between Blind Bags you can feel and hope you got the right character, Vs Blind Boxes where there's very little chance of completing the whole series, let alone just getting a couple of the characters you want without breaking the bank. I was hoping for better.

The New Packaging is a Huge Fail
The figures are good, but I’ve honestly come to hate this series simply because of the packaging. I understand you are trying to be a more sustainable company, which is awesome!! But there has to be a better way to be more sustainable while also going back to the bags. I bought 5 boxes and ended up getting 3 Wolverine and 2 SheHulk. That would never have happened with the bags because my son and I used to feel each bag to try and see if we could figure out which minifig it held. We would even have contests to see who could guess the most correctly. Please listen to what your customers are saying and find a way to go back to a bag of some sort. While I agree it’s important to be sustainable, it’s also important to make sure you are listening to what your loyal customers are saying. We are not happy with the new boxes, so please switch back to poly bags and maybe switch to the biodegradable or even the plant-based materials.

PUT THEM BACK IN BAGS !!!!
Last time I worked SO HARD to get all of the 12 Marvel Mini-figures.
But I did it and still got duplicates !!
Now you put them in boxes ! What are you guys thinking ? It’s just not worth it.

Figures are OK, but "blind bags" are not
I got one pre-sorted from 3rd party. I teach my kids to never give money without knowing what you'll get, so won't be buying these. TLG should stop using the blind bags tactics. Series is OK, not the best.

Impressive
First off, I strongly dislike how Lego sells these figures. I realize this is a business & gambling makes money, but I'd rather spend another dollar per figure to know what I'm getting. Because of this method of sales, I limit the # of figures I buy.
As for the actual figures, they're great! I ordered 3 & thankfully didn't get duplicates. I received The caped Moon Knight, Hawkeye (who comes with an owl instead of a... hawk??! dumb) & Kate Bishop. I don't even like the arrow characters, but they look so good! I'm not CRAZY about Moon Knight, but it's a stellar figure with printing on the arms, hood, the front AND side of the legs. He's also got an unmasked face. Silly characters, but figures I'll happily display & play with.
