Bad ship, good Figs
Minifigures are a 10/10 very cool! Gar Saxon in particular.
The starship is not so great. When put in 'landing mode' with the wings up, the ship does not sit level, the nose sits lower and looks goofy on a shelf. I added couple 1x1 studs I had laying around on the forward landing gear. It now sits level, pretty annoying design flaw/oversight. Another annoyance is that for the figures to fit in the cockpit with the windscreen down, you have to recline the figures, another goofy look when its on a shelf.
Pro tip, if your going to display in the landing mode, flip the wings around, right to left and left to right. The stud side of the wings will be now facing to the front and look better

Excellent Set
I've got a real soft spot for starfighter sets and this one's particularly great. The shape and design is very faithful to the source material and it has a lot of presence when displayed. Even with a multitude of rotational points it still feels very sturdy. The minifigures are one of the set's biggest strengths - Gar Saxon looks awesome and I love that Bo-Katan comes with both a helmet and hair piece. There are a few cons to the set - the cockpit tips forward slightly when set down and it felt like there was a risk of breaking pieces when attaching the wings due to the force required to slot the pins together - but overall the set is well worth the money.

The Mandalorian Starfighter is a great set with a great building experience and amazing play ability. I would reccomend this unique set to all lovers of lego around the world.
