Poorly made product.
I bought this about a month ago and was disappointed to find that after shaking the Shaker the hot milk gets trapped in the upper reservoir and will spill out upon opening, making a mess. As well, I noticed that soap and water got in between the glass inner wall and the plastic exterior that could not be removed. As well, the container includes a mesh strainer that does not allow the matcha through, which defeats the purpose of drinking matcha as you are not actually consuming any of the ground up tea.

I am SO impressed with this matcha maker. I have tried others but they were made of plastic, weren't double-walled, and the matcha basket was midway (******** two plastic glasses together) making it difficult to clear when it got frothy from shaking. I love that I have the choice to make my matcha latte hot or cold with this one. I love that it's made of glass. The lid screws on very nicely, it feels like good quality, and it is nicely designed. This is the perfect accessory for any matcha lover!
