These are my favourite pads and once you try them you can't go back to the regular plasticy stuff! Regular pads has always irritated my skin and I would get itchy and rashy after a few days. Lili Pads are so soft and surprisingly absorbent. They are so thin that I forgot I was wearing pads. I didn't think it would hold up to week 2 post-partum bleeding, and I was amazed when it did. These are the only pads that are truly 100% organic cotton - other brands are only organic cotton lining. I also love that it is 100% biodegradable - including the plastic-looking wrapper/packaging!!!

Disappointed
Purchased these pads as I was looking for a healthier alternative to always pads. First off the absorbency is not great on the pads and the liquid would always be running up the front of the pad. Also with a heavy flow I could only wear the pads for 3 hrs. The length was also more of a super length than an overnight length. Not impressed. Will not repurchase

Love these pads! The super pads are perfect for daytime use. I really like how thin they are but still extremely absorbent. They're sooo comfortable too. Glad that I'm doing something healthy for my body!!

At last! An organic feminine hygiene product thatâÂÂs as absorbent as it is comfortable. Been using these pads for awhile now and I never have to worry about leaks. Would recommend!
