These are my favourite pads and once you try them you can't go back to the regular plasticy stuff! Regular pads has always irritated my skin and I would get itchy and rashy after a few days. Lili Pads are so soft and surprisingly absorbent. They are so thin that I forgot I was wearing pads. I didn't think it would hold up to week 2 post-partum bleeding, and I was amazed when it did. These are the only pads that are truly 100% organic cotton - other brands are only organic cotton lining. I also love that it is 100% biodegradable - including the plastic-looking wrapper/packaging!!!

Disappointed. The size is great and material breathable. I wanted to love these, but once they got wet (saturated fast) the dampness stayed against the skin. Maybe the ones with wings would have been better; would not repurchase these.

These pads are perfect when my period is on the lighter side. They are very breathable so I don't even really notice that I'm wearing them, which is a big plus!
