Save your money
I have been using this for 2 months now and do not see any difference. It claims to blur the look of wrinkles and under eye bags instantly. I find since I have been using it my under eye bags have worsened.

So cheap and actually worked for my skin type
I've been using this for the past week because my eye bags have become more prominent, having only 4 hours of sleep every night. I love it, I personally saw a rapid change and I recommended it to all of my friends who are all currently enjoying it as well. This saved my life, and my skin because it made me look more awake and stopped me from using makeup to hide my flaws. I love it.

Dried out the skin under, and around my eyes.
This product dried out the skin around and under my eyes. My skin now has a crepe like appearance and is flaking. The complete opposite of what your product states.
