(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Firstly ... it’s not my first time trying this brand out and I just have to say that their products always smell so good! So if you want really good smelling hair this is for you.
I like how this shampoo is made to help split ends and weak hair and it’s sulfate free to boot! Because it is sulfate free it doesn’t foam as much as regular shampoo, but still works well (I’ve had other sulfate free formulations that I just threw out).
The size and price point is quite good too.
I got this product to try for free but my opinion is my own.

The Turmeric and Tonka Essence Prevent & Preserve Shampoo that I’ve been trying for the past few weeks is great for my thin damaged hair. My hair doesn’t get weighed down but still feels moisturized. The scent is interesting and I don’t mind it at all. Unfortunately, this shampoo really irritated my scalp, making it itchy and flaky. I must have reacted to something in this particular shampoo because their other shampoos don’t cause any reactions. For that reason, I will not be purchasing the Tumeric and Tonka shampoo again but I do recommend trying it.

I was so pleased to receive this from Chick Advisor to try for free!
This variety is made to prevent & preserve, split ends prevention for weak hair. It is made with turmeric (so trendy!) and tonga essence.
It smells so good!! I love that it contains no dyes, silicones or sulfates, and is not tested on animals.
It leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean and strong!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the Love Beauty & Planet Tumeric & Tonka Essence Prevent and Preserve Sulfate-Free Shampoo for free in exchange for an honest review. I personally love the Love Beauty and Planet line and this shampoo does not disappoint. I love this product is not only Sulfate free, and it's also Parabens free. The line is generally a little on the expensive side, but not as crazy as some salon brand, and it's all organic, and most of all.. IT WORKS! I love the small of this new Tumeric shampoo, and it lathers up quickly and gently. My scalp feels clean after, and there's no dryness usually after a shampoo wash with drug store brand shampoos. My hair feels great after 1.5 days (usually I'm already due for a wash). I haven't noticed significant improvement in my split ends yet, but my hair feels very moisturised and clean :)

I wasn't a huge fan of the packaging, as I found with the texture of the shampoo, it didn't flow out with ease. Otherwise, the shampoo combined with the conditioner worked very well in making my hair feel clean, smooth and silky. I also wasn't a huge fan of this particular scent but that's just me.

I liked using it because my hair didn't feel stripped or straw-like before conditioning. It actually felt soft and moisturized after shampooing. My hair is much more manageable and soft after using this product.

Love Beauty and Planet Turmeric and Tonka essence sulfate free shampoo is what I was looking for!
I’m in love with fresh sweet aroma. The texture is smooth and thick enough to lather.
I have long color treated hair and it’s hard to find a shampoo after which my hair not coarse and not greasy on the next day. This shampoo is must have for me, after using it my hair is soft, smell delicious and looks fresh for couple of days.
It contains lots of plant based ingredients: coconut oil, turmeric, tonka. It’s vegan, not tasted on Animals. Does not contain silicones, parabens, dyes and sulfate. Even the bottle made from 100% recycled plastic.
Love it!
I will definitely buy it again and will recommend it.

I love the idea of having the superfood turmeric in my hair care, though I haven't noticed a drastic improvement in hair strength and less breakage. The shampoo lathers as expected and doesn't leave my hair feeling dry after. I personally really love the scent but not enough for me to repurchase often. #gotitfree
