Directions of Use: For adults and children over 6 months of age: Apply liberally (generously) to all exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Warm up formula in your hands by rubbing them together and then apply sunscreen to skin thoroughly and evenly working in sections.  Rub in completely to reduce whitening effect.  Tips to speed up application:  apply to warm skin after a shower (after towel-drying), keep sunscreen at room temperature. Reapply at least every 2 hours to maintain protection.  Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating and immediately after towel drying.
