Great way to increase protein intake!
This is packed with protein, which is a perfect way to start my day as I am trying to build more muscle. Not too sweet which I like- I would say it's less sweet than a 1 cream 1 sugar coffee at Timmies. I gave it 4 stars since it advertises as "clump free, but often when I stir it in, there's always still about 5% left that are clumpy. I have to use my spoon to press on the clumps to truly make them all dissolve. Otherwise good flavour, lots of protein in one packet, and I would recommend.

So much easier than a bulky shake
Easier to get the protein in, the shakes are bulkier and make me feel heavy. This works well.
