Cannot keep this stuff in the house. As soon as I open a jar it's almost gone. I've tried the mild and the medium spicy crunchy kind and although I usually love spice I'm gravitating towards the milder one lately. It's good on bread or crackers or bananas, rice, or even just on a spoon but my new favorite way is to stir it into yogurt. Poof. You've got a meal.
