Best Eyebrow Liner
I just recently purchased this eyebrow liner and I have to say I am very impressed! I have used several different liners to try and find one I like and that matches my hair colour and I have finally found one! I like that the product doesn't go on thick and in areas where you don't need a lot it you can hardly notice its there if you want it to look more natural. In places where I needed more product it was easy to layer it on.

This is a great brow pencil. It gives me a subtle, buildable and thin line, and does not smudge. The fair ash blonde colour is perfect -- I have medium-brown hair but am going grey, and needed something in a cool tone. This is it! Works for my "no makeup" look.
