Wash & Care: Separate to wash. Clean thoroughly with soap and warm water or on top rack of dishwasher before first use and after each use. Allow to dry before reassembling. Inspect the product before each use & throw away at first sign of damage or weakness. The bowl is microwave and freezer safe. Remove lid before microwaving and make sure not to place the lid on the bowl when contents are hot as the lid may get stuck. Do not put spoon or fork in microwave.
