Give your skin a moisture boost. Meow Meow Tweet's gel toner is especially formulated for dry, maturing, and extra-sensitive skin. It has no essential oils, but is packed with organic hydrosols and soothing herbs to balance skin, deliver nutrients, and promote cell regeneration. The scent is honeyed apples and the texture is a gel.
Directions: Apply 12 pumps to face and neck after cleansing. A little goes a long way֗its super concentrated! If it feels like the facial toner isn't soaking in, mix a drop or two in your hand with a couple drops of our Rosehip Chia Face Oil and then apply to face and neck.
