**NOTE** THIS PRODUCT DOESN NOT SMELL NICE IN THE BOTTLE. I can't say this enough. It is highly concentrated and you don't really get what it smells like until after your clothes have been laundered with it. I grew up in the country where we would hang our clothes out on the line so long as it wasn't wintertime or pouring rain. Living in the city, I can't really do that. The smell of this detergent + drying my clothes in the dryer is the closest thing I've found to recreating that fresh air scent my clothes had after drying on the clothesline. And as an added bonus, it's cruelty-free! This is something I've come to prioritize over the past 5+ years once I realized that most mainstream household products are tested on animals.

I was keen to try Method's detergents to try and transition to a cruelty-free laundry detergent, and I love a lot of Method's other products. I bought this online without smelling it first (it is hard to find where I live) and I have to say I don't love the scent. It is a bit strong, if you're sensitive to scents, though it does wear off if you leave the clean clothes for a day or two. Having also smelled the ginger mango scent now I think I prefer that one. I also air dry a lot of my clothing and find that my clothes dry a bit crunchier than with my previous detergent. Unfortunately, I will probably not repurchase this.

Fits its description
This product works miracles on previously stained items. It truly fits its description of 'small bottle, big results.' I'm now working through previously laundered items to brighten them and to take out old stains. I highly recommend this product.

I love this detergent. It works as well as any out there. It is mild on my clothes as well as the environment. I wish the refills for the pump detergent were equal price per unit. This is cheaper, but uses more plastic and isnâÂÂt refillable.

I love Method products and this one is no different. It works well and lasts a long time. The scent is fresh and light. Easy to get the last of the product out so it doesn’t get wasted.
