Clean Hair Without the Dry, Stripped Feeling
I’m really picky with shampoo because my dry 4a curls can’t handle anything too harsh. I’ve been using Method Simply Nourish Shampoo and I like how it cleans without overdoing it. My scalp feels fresh, but my hair still feels soft after and not that dry, squeaky feeling I try to avoid.
It’s made with shea butter and argan oil, which I think helps keep that balance. And the scent? A cozy, creamy coconut and rice milk vibe that just makes wash day feel a little nicer.
I also appreciate that it’s made without parabens, silicones, sulfates, or dyes.
Overall, it’s a solid, gentle shampoo that does what it needs to do without drying my hair out.

Soft hair with the most addictive scent!
Love how this shampoo lathers even though it's sulphate and paraben free. The rice milk adds strength and softness to your hair and no frizz, even considering my hair length is to my belly button! I think it's a great quality shampoo and conditioner and great value considering the affordable price.
