Was a little surprised with the texture, but I like it. Definitely not past like, but more robust. Not much flavor, but then again my cooking usually has an abundance of flavor ... so no issue there either. I will buy more.

A bit of a different texture and little flavour but a great alternative to pasta, especially for someone like myself who doesnâÂÂt eat much pasta to begin with and would rather taste a nice homemade sauce.

Best alternative to wheat noodles ever
Finding these noodles has been a godsend! The texture is amazing and paired with a sauce you can’t tell they aren’t wheat noodles! Great alternative for people trying to eat healthy and amaxing for gluten free eaters

Couldn’t tell a difference
It’s been a long time since I’ve actually had spaghetti noodles, so I might not be a great judge. But I thought these tasted just like noodles. My husband and I I both really enjoyed. We will definitely buy again.
