This is a great pasta replacement ðÂÂÂ...delicious....I cooked a meat sauce and put it on top with some grated cheese :)

Not so sure about the texture...
I found these to be a bit slimy despite following the cooking directions. If you like a thicker texture, however, you might enjoy these.
