(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was pretty good. Fantastic for people on the go that don't have time for breakfast or even shake prep in the morning. Has fantastic vitamins and protein to keep you feeling full till snack. I wouldn't be able to eat this and then wait until lunch to eat. It's not enough for me personally. Kept me full for about 3-4 hours. The powder mixed decently in soy milk which is what I drink mainly but it had some stickiness in the bottom where the powder didn't dissolve fully. Decent price. I'd recommend it to people that don't have time in the morning but want some nutrition and vitamins.

I really liked the convenience and how easy it was to prepare, you only have to add 250ml of milk in it to make a vanilla flavored drink full of vitamins and minerals. I am really busy in the mornings so I'm always looking for products that can help me save time. However, I found that this product contained a LOT of sugar. I was also hungry after 1 hour and a half after drinking it, so I would have liked if there was less sugar in it and if it were more ¨filling¨. Great quick and easy breakfast alternative overall and also tastes great.

I am not one to have big breakfasts in the morning due to time so this product was perfect for me. It literally takes 2 minutes (not even) to prepare and you can have it at home or on the go! Vanilla is the perfect flavor because you can mix it with chocolate milk or regular milk and it is not too overpowering. The average price is $7.99/box for 10 packs which to me is worth it for convenience. I would recommend this to all chick advisors! It is also jam packed with nutrients so it is like you are having a full meal. Will be buying #carnationbreakfastessentials again for sure!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Having never tried this product, we were pleasantly surprised; this is perfect for our on-the-go lifestyle. Neither of us are "morning people" so this provided a quick, tasty breakfast alternative, packed full of protein and all of the nutrients we needed to carry us through the day. The vanilla flavour is delicious on its own but i imagine it would be even better in a shake! Although costly, like any other meal replacement or protein powder item, we would definitely consider buying it again. #gotitfree

My whole family loves it. What a time saver when we have rushed mornings. It's packed with vitamins and minerals so I can feel good about giving it to them. I am a huge fan and will be purchasing this product again and again. I have the world's fussiest 7 year old and she loves it. What a great opportunity to find something new that she likes. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I #gotitfree from Chickadvisor, which was a full sample in a box with 10 packets! Very easy to make, you just stir in contents with a cup of milk. Stir well, the first few times, I drank a cup with clumps of the powder that hadn't dissolve yet. Tastes very good, I opted to use Soy milk. Has many benefits including 18 different vitamins, calcium, iron and protein. Would purchase this in stores, as it was my first time trying it and I'm quite pleased with it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been absolutely in love with the vanilla flavour. I've tried chocolate and strawberry as well, but I found that vanilla is the most versatile. I mix it in with my match powder and milk, and it's the most delicious breakfast. It tastes like milkshake. It has a lot of protein in it for a cup, so it could also pass as protein powder, but I guess it's not marketed that way.<br />
I would buy another box and I can see myself using this longterm.

I preferred the chocolate to the vanilla, but that's pretty common for me.<br />
As part of my get healthy plan, eating breakfast is something I have to try to do. This is an easy way to get a big nutrition keep calm in the morning, which will kick start my metabolism to help me lose a couple of pounds.
